Safety Operating Procedures for Woodworking Machinery:

(1) Woodworking machinery operators must be proficient in understanding the structure, performance, operation and maintenance methods of various machines, and they should use and be responsible for each machine individually.

(2) When operating woodworking machinery, one should wear a work uniform, tuck in the sleeves, and female workers must wear a work cap with their hair inside the cap; it is not allowed to wear gloves, scarves, etc. when operating.

(3) Before the machinery starts operating, a test run must be conducted first. Only when all components are functioning properly can the machinery begin to work.

(4) On woodworking machinery, shafts, chains, pulleys, belts and other rotating parts should all be equipped with protective covers and guards.

(5) In case of any abnormality during the operation of the machinery or if any other faults occur, the power supply should be immediately cut off and the machine should be stopped for maintenance.

(6) When replacing the cutting tool or saw blade, the main power supply must be cut off.
