Core Working Principle & Technical Parameters

Adopting single-coil wire nailing technology, the machine only needs one coil of special iron wire to automatically form staples and complete accurate stapling according to production requirements.

Equipped with an intelligent computer control system, it freely adjusts staple spacing, stapling speed and rotation angle. The whole process of stapling and rotating is fully automatic. Workers only need to complete simple loading and unloading work.

Remark: Stapling with steel wires. One coil (950 meters) is about 2.5KG, which can produce 270 seat cushions, the size of steel wire is 1.2mm*6mm, one coil of steel can make 30,000 staples.
